Diversity in the Legal Profession

Organizations with greater diversity in executive positions are more successful by all measures, yet women and racial minorities continue to be underrepresented in leadership positions within the legal profession.  How can we change this?

In this panel, we will engage groundbreakers to discuss actions and policies they are successfully implementing within their own organizations and the legal community to bring diversity and inclusion to the legal profession.
